The Mango Crumble
- 6 ripe mangoes
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp of 5 spice (optional)
- 300 g of puff pastry
- Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream while warm;
- Do not add 1 tsp of 5 spice if you like less flavor in your crumble. Replace with some ground nutmeg if you like a flavor that is less strong;
- Add more sesame seeds for more crunch;
